Over two thousand years ago Aristotle stated that many of the problems of society cannot be solved by legislation or laws. This simple concept has never been appreciated by American jurisprudence.

Ignorance of the Law is No Excuse: Legal code books usually report just the basic text of criminal statutes. Nevertheless, there are sufficient volumes of state, federal and local criminal codes to fill several book cases in any law library. The laws are written in legal terminology unfamiliar to the general public. A person could dedicate their entire life to reading the just the federal code and never even come close to accomplishing the task, but never fear: "Ignorance of the law is no excuse!" There are so many criminal statutes and civil codes with criminal sanctions that almost everyone has committed a crime even though they may not be aware of it.

The Litigation Explosion:  We have well over a million attorneys practicing law in the United States and that number will double about every seven to ten years. Our system of jurisprudence is rife with outcome oriented judges and runaway jury verdicts. Plaintiff's attorneys create more millionaires annually than the lotteries and civil forfeitures have turned into a billion dollar industry. Statistics indicate that a small business person or professional is more likely to be sued than have an auto accident. Nevertheless, although most businesses insure their vehicles, most do not have an asset protection plan.

Justice for All Who Can Afford It: Court costs, filing fees, expensive transcripts and high hourly rates charged by attorneys have placed "justice" beyond the reach of most citizens. Only big corporations and the wealthy can afford to retain the caliber of legal representation needed to get a fair hearing in court. Even so, they too are not beyond the reach of the law enforcement growth industry and may find their assets seized by the government absent due process of law.

The Need for Preventive Law: The "school of hard knocks" is not a good way to acquire knowledge. It is dangerous and can be very painful. Our mission is provide you with the knowledge you need to protect your assets, keep a low profile, minimize your liabilities and defend your Constitutional rights. On our website you will acquire valuable "forbidden knowledge."  And, of course, if used properly: "The truth shall set you free."
